IF your college education is financed by student loans, then you better avail of student loan consolidation. There are lots of student loan consolidations available in the United States today. There are loan providers from the federal government as well as from the private sector such as Sallie Mae. Of course, direct loan consolidation from the federal government has less interest than the ones offered by the private sector since the government has the primary responsibility of providing education to its children. It is one of the points being espoused in the No Child Left Behind Act.
